Once the fee is submitted to the embassy, it will be non-refundable. We cannot guarantee visa approval as it totally depends on the embassy. Although you will receive the expiation why your visa got rejected.
Under some circumstances, we can terminate our agreement with you. The circumstances are-
In serious cases like accidents, illnesses of our employees or any such issues.
If the agreement is terminated by us we will try our best to arrange a new agent to you.
We do not control the embassy nor we can process the application quickly.
If you want your Dubai visa in 24 hours, you may need to pay extra charges.
This is not our responsibility if the embassy rejects your application or processes it late.
Generally, the application takes 3-5 business days but if it takes more time than that, no refunds can be made.
Dubai Embassy has a week off on Friday and Saturday and the embassy remains close on these days.
