3. User Responsibility
By accessing and using Emiratesvisa without reviewing the terms, you grant full responsibility for the actions undertaken by you. We will not be liable for any issues that arise from a lack of awareness.
4. Visa Processing Time
Users applying for the express visa service, their visas processed within 24 working hours.
If your express visa is not approved within this time, you may request a refund of the express service charge.
Visa processing timelines are based on standard schedules issued by UAE Immigration and may be extended in rare cases.
Working hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Gulf Standard Time (GST)
Weekends (non-working days): Saturday & Sunday
Applications submitted after working hours or on weekends are processed on the next working day.
5. Travel Disruptions
An Emirates visa from the UK is not liable for any travel disputes, whether they're related to flight cancellations, delays, or accommodation issues.

7. Pricing and Payment Policy

All payments are processed with full security, and you can make the payment by using a Visa, MasterCard, or any other payment option available.
The payments must be authorised by the users' issuing bank. If the payments get canceled, the service can get delayed.
8. Refund Policy
The issuing of the visa is subject to the decision of the UAE immigration.
If the visa gets rejected, the prices will not be refunded.
If incorrect documents or application errors are submitted by the user, a processing and typing fee of USD 73 will be deducted from the refund.
9. Refund for Urgent Visa Applications
If your urgent visa application is not processed within 24 working hours, you may request a refund of the urgent service fee (USD 50).
The standard visa application fee is non-refundable.
Refund requests must be made through our support team with your application reference number.
